02How many photos can I process?
As many as you like. There is no quota, because the processing happens on your computer rather than on our servers.
03Does it handle reflective or transparent products?
Glass, jewellery and highly reflective metal are the hardest cases for any automatic tool. Exporting onto white usually produces a perfectly usable listing image regardless, since the background behind the transparent areas is white too.
04Can I keep a shadow under the product?
Not automatically — the model removes everything it identifies as background, including cast shadows. If shadows matter for your brand, composite the cut-out over a shadow layer in an editor afterwards.
